As a conservation
charity Bristol Zoological Society cares for nearly 10,000 animals of 400
species. In 2019 we welcomed over 800,000 visitors to our two attractions,
Bristol Zoo Gardens and Wild Place Project. The Guest Services Team play an
essential part in ensuring that everyone who visits has an unforgettable
experience.
We’re looking for a
Guest Services Manager to join our team. Working across both sites, the Guest
Services Managers are a dedicated team of operational and customer service
specialists who are integral in helping Bristol Zoological Society achieve our
key strategic objectives of placing visitors at the heart of how we think, what
we do, and, ensuring personal interaction is second to none.
Successful
candidates will have a passion for providing exceptional visitor service, and
experience of leading teams in fast-paced, visitor-facing environments. They
will display a flexible, proactive approach to problem solving and will have
experience of managing large volumes of visitors, whilst also demonstrating
ability in essential operational and event administration.
