Head of Department of Zoology — Wilhelma
Wilhelma in Stuttgart is a zoological and botanical garden with about 11,000 animals in about 1,200 species and thus one of the most species-rich zoos not only in Germany but worldwide. In addition, there are about 8,500 species and varieties of plants in the historical park and in the greenhouses at Wilhelma. With an annual number of visitors of more than 1.6 million, Wilhelma is one of the largest leisure facilities in Baden-Württemberg. Wilhelma is run by the state of Baden-Württemberg and calls for applications for the position of head of the Department of Zoology (m/f/d), which also includes curative tasks for mammals and birds as well as the deputy of the director, as of 01.06.2021.
