Howletts Wild Animal Park, situated in the south of Kent near Canterbury, is an established wild animal park with significant success in the captive breeding of rare and endangered animals.

We currently have a vacancy on our hoof stock section for an experienced animal keeper to fill the role of Deputy Section Head.

Rhino, tapir, various antelope and deer and bison, and are just some of the animals housed on the section

We are looking for someone with previous experience working as a deputy head keeper or senior keeper, preferably with hoof stock; and experience of managing/supervising a small team of staff. You will need good organisational and communication skills and a full clean driving licence and experience in driving tractors.

Working 40 hours a week, 5 days out of seven, 8.30am to 4.30pm
