TRAINEE KEEPER, HAREWOOD BIRD GARDEN, LEEDS, WEST YORKSHIRE

Salary: £12,500 pa
Hours: 39 per week over 4 days (Thursday to Sunday)
This is a permanent position

A unique opportunity has arisen to join the team of Keepers at the Harewood Bird Garden as a trainee.

You will be an enthusiastic individual, keen to gain experience of working with exotic avian species. You will probably already have a relevant qualification and/or be prepared to undertake the Advanced National Certificate in Management of Zoo Animals. You will be expected to slot into a small, hard-working team and show a flexible approach to your working pattern.
