Large Mammal Keeper - Blair Drummond Safari Park

Blair Drummond Safari and Adventure Park is situated midway between Glasgow and Edinburgh just 4 miles outside Stirling. We are now seeking to employ a full time animal keeper to work within our Large Mammals Department which includes Elephants, Rhino, Giraffe and Zebra.

The successful applicant should be qualified in a zoological science field to HND level or above. Animal husbandry experience, in particular hoof stock is preferred but not essential.

The successful applicant will be working within a small dedicated team who all share a common goal of improving animal welfare and public awareness of endangered species within a captive habitat. The role will involve numerous different and challenging tasks ranging from daily husbandry to animal training and public talks.

Salary is negotiable
