Team Leader – Reptiles,
Amphibians and Invertebrates
Marwell Wildlife is a registered charity dedicated
to the conservation of biodiversity and other natural resources. Our 140 acre
zoological park in the heart of Hampshire is home to over 170 exotic and
charismatic species in beautiful landscaped surroundings.
An
opportunity has arisen to join our Animal department as a Team Leader of the Reptiles, Amphibians and
Invertebrates section.
The role is responsible for coordinating &
supervising daily operations of their team, under the direction of the
Collection Manager.
The
successful candidate must have an extensive knowledge
and wide-ranging experience
of exotic animal management, with specialist taxonomic knowledge &
experience in the above field.
Excellent
communication, organisational and people management skills are essential.
Candidates
must hold a minimum Level 3 ANC / DMZAA or equivalent qualification in animal
management or biological sciences.
