Keeper (Maternity Cover)

This position is
based on a permanent 40 hour per week contract. This will run from 19th October
2014 for approximately 9 months or later depending on return.
Working to a high
standard under the direction of the Head Keeper, you must be prepared to work
with all kinds of domestic and exotic species and will also provide support for
the rest of the keeping team.
Applicants must be
hard-working and conscientious, prepared to work as a team and expect to work
weekends and Bank Holidays. A keen interest in zoo animal husbandry is
essential. Ideally, candidates should have at least 2 years zoo animal
experience. Salary dependent on experience.
A full driving
license is essential for this position.
