Full Time front of house Duty Manager required for 
All Things Wild, Honeybourne.

All Things Wild is a fun, interactive and educational family attraction in Honeybourne, Worcestershire.  Due to ongoing expansion we now have an opportunity to create a brand new role within our developing business.
The Role
We are looking for someone with a friendly, engaging personality who is comfortable dealing with the public and managing a team, in an extremely high turnover environment.
The successful candidate will have previous supervisory experience along with excellent leadership skills, able to motivate, inspire, give clear goals and objectives but also  be a team player and have a hands on approach.
Flexibility over days and hours will be required to cover the demands of an expanding business.  It is anticipated this role will be 40-45 hours per week over 5 days including weekends and bank holidays.
Duties and Responsibilities
Developing and marketing All Things Wild as a leading destination.
An understanding of monitoring department performance, maxmising sales, minimising costs and identifing and implementing improvements where necessary.
Enhancing the visitor experience through consistently excellent customer service and high level upkeep and maintenance of the site.
Handling monies, banking, till operations, including start and end of day procedures.  Ensuring checklists and and health and safety procedures are strictly adhered to.  Handling of all deliveries, communicating with suppliers and reps.
Ordering stock and pricing.
 Responsible for general upkeep and cleanliness of all public and back of house areas.
Setting  clear objectives on a daily basis along with providing weekly communications and sales targets.
Enhance relationships with partners, communities and visitors through professional and courteous customer service.
Essential
Experience in a supervisory role within a similar environment.
Proven ability to motivate and lead a team.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Ability multi task, prioritise and deliver high quality work.
Have a proactive response to solving problems and the ability to handle difficult situations in a calm and professional manner.
Previous experience within the Zoo environment would be an advantage but not essential.
Whilst this is a core role you may also be required to support in other area and departments.
