ANIMAL KEEPER -
SOUTH AMERICA SECTION
This is a rare
opening for a full-time permanent member of the Animal Keeping team, to work
with bears, lions, tigers, tapir and other south American animals.
The position will
involve taking an active role in the care and management of the species on
section. Candidates must have experience working with large carnivores in a
full time position. Qualifications preferred but not essential.
Pay is competitive
within the industry and will depend on relevant previous experience.
This position is
full time, permanent and subject to the normal probation period. Applicants
should be happy to work within the Christian ethos of the zoo and open to
working weekends and bank holidays.
Working hours 8am
till 5pm five days a week.
