Aquarium and Crayfish Aquarist
Full- time, Fixed Term,
12 months Contract
Salary £15,276 per annum
This
is a unique and exciting opportunity to join Bristol Zoological Society on a fixed-term
contract to support these specialist teams during a staff sabbatical.
We
are recruiting for an Animal Keeper, with particular experience in working with
a variety of fish species, to support the Aquarium Team and the expert crayfish
work of the Conservation Science Department.
This
is a full-time position working as part of a rota which will include weekends
and Bank Holidays.
Applicants
should be educated to at least GCSE level to include English and a biological
science and must have previous experience in a hand’s on Aquarist role in an
aquarium, conservation project or similar business.
