Safari and Adventure Park is situated midway between Glasgow and Edinburgh just
four miles from Stirling. We are a small
privately owned Safari Park of 125 acres and hold African and other exotic and domestic
species.
We are currently
looking to recruit a zoo professional to work with our elephant, rhino, giraffe
and zebra as part of our Large Mammals department.
The successful
applicant must have at least 3 years’ experience working with animals in a
keeper role in a zoo/safari park and have the DMZAA or similar qualification.
The successful
applicant will be working with a small dedicated team of keepers and be able to
demonstrate an understanding and knowledge of modern zoo practices in
husbandry, diets and environmental enrichment.
This is a full time
permanent position.
A full clean driving
licence is essential.
