Experienced Elephant Keeper
Noah's Ark Zoo Farm has a full time position for an experienced elephant keeper as part of its dedicated keeping team. Our flagship Elephant Eden is expanding to become the premier bachelor African Elephant facility in Europe. For this position we are looking for a hardworking conscientious individual who has a minimum of 2 years full time paid work with elephants. Our facility is exclusively managed in a Protective Contact system, candidates must be on board with the PC philosophy of training. Previous experience of working in a PC environment is preferred but not essential.
A normal working week will be 5 days 8am to 5pm most weekends and bank holidays included. This position will be paid at a competitive level for position.
