Seasonal Education and Nature Centre Assistant
Salary dependent on
experience: £20,571 – £21,562 pro rata

Tilgate Nature
Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our
education team. The main purpose of this role is to interact with our visitors,
telling them all about the wonderful world of animals in our very popular
public talk programme. You will also be responsible for hosting animal
encounter experiences such as Meet the Meerkats.
The successful
candidate will be passionate about the world of wildlife and sharing it with
others. They should have excellent customer service skills and experience in
public speaking.
This position is a
part-time temporary position of 24 hours a week, with days of work Friday to
Monday. Bank Holiday and early evening working will be required.
Satisfactory
clearance of Disclosure and Barring Service will be a condition of employment.
