Animal Life Support Systems Support Manager

ALSS Support Manager assists the ALSS Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of all ALSS related equipment and facilities; thus directly impacting the health and safety of animals, colleagues, contractors and guests, and Theme Park’s operations. This position is responsible in monitoring the ALSS team, ensuring that colleagues are applying the Service Behaviors at all times and are following the ALSS SOPs, manuals and checklists. This position is also responsible for trainings, schedules, attendance, performance management and continuous development of the team. This position coordinates with other departments of the status of the facilities related to ALSS prior, during and after the park’s operations.
