Wildlife Park is a BIAZA and EAZA accredited zoo situated in
Lincolnshire.
We actively participate in conservation projects and
international
breeding programmes. Having a wide range of animals
From
tropical butterflies to tigers, penguins, crocodiles and wolves
making
Woodside an inspiring place to work.
We are looking
for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join
our animal
team.
Main
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Provide
exceptional standards of animal welfare.
•Provide
outstanding levels of husbandry and enrichment for animals.
•Maintain
accurate records and identify areas for improvement.
•Deliver
educational presentations to groups.
Candidate:
•Excellent
interpersonal skills.
•Must be a
team player with the ability to multi-task.
•Ability to
communicate effectively at all levels.
•A minimum
of two years previous experience oof working with a range of relevant species
is desired.
•A relevant
animal qualification is desired.
The position
starts immediately and is a full time 9-month contract.
Full
training will be given to the correct candidate.
Pay will be
commensurate with age and experience.
