The Almaty Zoo, Kazakhstan is looking for the following: A volunteer ( a highly qualified specialist in zoo actually ) ready to participate in the improvement of the basic processes of the zoo :
1. Optimisation of staffing;
2 . Evaluation of staff Almaty Zoo ;
3 . Improving business processes zoo ;
4 . Optimisation of all costs ( accurate budget , reduce costs and improve budget management );
5 . Evaluation and changes in diet (for improving animal nutrition );
6. Improving conditions for animals on existing capabilities Almaty Zoo ( before and during the reconstruction of the Zoo )
For this we would like to invited expert for 6-12 months constantly in Almaty.
We can offer the following conditions :
1. Specialist travel from their country to Almaty at our expense ;
2 . Accommodation in an apartment at our expense ;
3 . Meals during your stay in Almaty at our expense ;
4 . A trip to his homeland on holiday (1 times between 6 months and 2 times in a period of 12 months) at our expense ;
