Voluntary Animal Internships
Have you just completed an animal management course or have some animal husbandry experience?
Are you seeking to gain more hands on experience for your CV?
Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park has been open since 1986 and is a popular tourist attraction in the North Devon Area. As new owners we are seeking to strengthen our animal team and have already recruited experienced team players to join us in order to take the park forward.
We are now looking for enthusiastic passionate people for 6 months voluntary internships working alongside full time keeping staff. Vacancies are available on various sections including falconry, primates, small carnivores and exotic birds. A genuine passion for animals, conservation and education is essential.
As well as general husbandry there is also the potential to help with animal encounters and answer visitor questions so confidence and excellent customer service is a must.
All internships are purely voluntarily and unfortunately we are unable to give any financial support or expenses.
