Job Description
Overseeing the day-to-day management, operations and processes of the whole site including outdoor areas and all departments: the aquarium, the gift shop, the café, the maintenance team and the outdoor public access and play areas.
This will include ensuring that Health and Safety practices are followed and maintained, including risk assessments, staff safety training first aids kits and equipment; ensuring that all departments are suitably staffed and that all staff are working to required standards; overseeing ongoing and new renovations and maintenance work; supporting all the department managers in their roles and being the first port of call for customer services and visitor interactions.
