Key
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic planning and
execution of animal welfare management, husbandry and veterinary care,
animal collection, in-situ and ex-situ conservation efforts; facilitating
animals in visitor interaction and activities, animal exhibit,
organizational structure, and staff development; allocation and drawdown
of relevant OPEX and CAPEK funds concerning infrastructure maintenance and
requirements for business sustainability.
Job
Requirement:
- Education: at least bachelor
degree in Zoology and Wildlife Biology, Animal Husbandry
- Working Experiences: at least 20
years of prior experience within a zoo or another animal-related
organizational, or safari organization. At least 10 years in senior
management level.
- Organization Experiences: active
involvement in external organization outside its previous zoo or safari,
such as National Zoo Association, or Regional Zoo Association.
