VETERINARY NURSE
Responsibilities
The Fauna Conservation Department is looking for a suitable candidate to take up a position which will involve providing administrative and technical support to the rescue centre veterinary hospital.
Duties will include hospital administration, patient care, surgical preparation and support, general nursing duties, facility care and management and volunteer supervision.
Requirements
- Commitment to the mission, vision and values of KFBGC;
- Holding a recognized veterinary nursing qualification;
- Minimum 3 years veterinary nursing experience;
- Exotic / wildlife experience will be an advantage;
- Experience in animal hospital administration;
- Excellent command of English essential (written, spoken and in presentation).
Written and spoken Cantonese an advantage;
- Able to work independently as well as in a team;
- Good organization ability and computer literacy;
- Enthusiastic and with self-initiative;
- Available for weekend duties (1 out of 4/5 weekends);
- A valid driving license is an advantage.
- Permanent HKID Card holder preferred.
