  • Working with and co-ordinating Marwell Project teams and external contractors
  • Developing design briefs and reporting on tenders to the Executive Team, ensuring appropriate sign off
  • Inspection of project sites before, during and after completion, providing technical advice as required

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working within a similar role, to include experience in the following areas:

  • budget management
  • CDM and ISO 14001
  • adherence to relevant construction regulations and compliance with Health & Safety provisions
·
Reporting to the Finance Director, this role requires strong communication and IT skills, together with experience of financial reporting. Applicants must be able to build and maintain excellent relationships with existing departments and ensure minimum disruption to our park and guests throughout. Experience of using CAD and a Project Management qualification such as Prince2 or equivalent would also be advantageous.

If you would like to join our unique and vibrant organisation and become part of our Marwell Family, please visit our website, www.marwell.org.uk for a full candidate brief and our electronic application form. This application form must be completed for you to be considered for this role.
