Work Experience Co-ordinator - £8678 (Part-time – 24 hours per week)
Blackpool Zoo has a vacancy for an
Education Officer and Work Experience Co-ordinator. The education
responsibilities include assisting with the development, delivery and
evaluation of keystage 1-4, FE and HE sessions, as well as Blackpool Zoo’s keeper
courses. The post will also involve
assisting with the delivery of the public talks programme and conservation
initiatives. The work experience co-ordinator responsibilities will include recruiting
and inducting work experience volunteers and working with the animal department
and the head keeper to manage these placements.
