Salary £18,000 - £18,914 per
annum
Full-time, permanent position
Our Learning
Department requires a full-time Education Officer.
You will be
required to teach sessions within the Zoo’s purpose-built Conservation Education Centre, on a range of topics, to booked
groups of varying age and ability; also to assist with many other tasks within
the Department, including seasonal activities.
The successful
applicant will have excellent communication skills, wildlife and conservation
knowledge with the enthusiasm to share this with others. You must be flexible, able to work under
pressure and happy to work independently and as part of a team. Basic ICT skills are essential.
