SEASONAL KEEPERS

SEASONAL KEEPERS

Are you ready for your next wild adventure?

The Zoo department is looking for enthusiastic seasonal keepers with a passion for animal care to
join their friendly team. If you want to work in one of the park’s most inspiring environments, be
directly involved in the care of the animals and have the opportunity to progress and grow then
this role could be for you!

You will play a supporting function to our experienced Keepers, providing day-to-day care of
species in the Hoofstock section including white rhino, giraffe and zebra as part of the exciting
Zufari attraction. You will help with tasks such as food provision, cleaning, maintenance, animal
training and enrichment as well as support the delivery of VIP experiences to our guests. This role
will provide you with valuable insight into working with large hoof stock and an ideal basis for
personal development in the zoo world. In addition, you will be expected to host Adventurers on
exclusive experiences and maintain a friendly and engaging attitude.

You will be a hardworking and reliable person with strong communication skills and a genuine
passion for working with animals. You will also have previous experience in animal care.

Ask yourself these questions:
 Do you understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service?
 Do you like working in a fast paced environment?
 Do you enjoy working as part of a team?

If you answered yes to these questions then you could be in with a chance of joining the team and
enjoy some of our great benefits including an hourly rate between £6.56 - £7.83, a Merlin Magic
pass, 25% discount in our retail shops and restaurants, 40% discount online off of LEGO, and
much more!

This is a seasonal role working weekends and bank holidays as required to meet the needs of the
business.

We offer flexible opportunities, in a totally unique environment. We know this is a great place to
work, but don’t just take our word for it…click here to see us in action.
