Carnivore keeper - Trotters World of Animals

Carnivore keeper required:

Minimumn 2years employment within a carnivore section. To work on a mixed section including Serval, Canadian lynx, Asian fishing cat, Yellow mongoose etc.

This is a fulltime position within an expanding section. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work alone and as part of a team, be a smart, presentable cheerful person with excellent communication skills as public keeper led presentations are a key part of our education programme.

Senior Keeper


A fulltime position has become available within a successful Wildlife Park in the North of England

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years practical experience, ANCMZA or equivalent qualification be a well motivated, dedicated team-player able to assist in the continued development of the collection.

A practical hands on approach is needed to oversee the animal sections and assist the collection manager in the day to day running of the park

To manage a varied primate section. Species include Mandrill, Lar Gibbon, Lemurs, Tamarins, Marmosets and Capuchins. A good communicator and a team player with maintenance skills and a practical ability.
