The Taronga Conservation Society Australia contributes to conservation through captive breeding programs, partnerships with other conservation agencies, wildlife research and providing world class facilities and educational experiences for our visitors.

Taronga Zoo is currently offering a unique opportunity for enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our dedicated Life Sciences and Environmental Education team as casual Keepers.

The successful applicant(s) will be involved in various tasks such as animal husbandry, conditioning and enrichment activities, public education presentations, informal interpretation opportunities and maintain a high commitment to customer service.

This role may be required to work in any of the following sections:

· Australian Fauna Precinct
· Backyard to Bush Precinct
· Exotic Fauna Precinct
· Herpetofauna Precinct
· Great Southern Oceans (Marine Mammals Unit)
· Bird Show Unit
· Taronga Wildlife Hospital (Veterinary & Quarantine Centre)
