The Escot Estate's commercial activities include an award winning visitor attraction and day restaurant, a conference centre and a new residential study camp. To capitalise on substantial recent growth, Escot wishes to appoint a full time General Manager (a new position) to its Senior Management Team who will take responsibility for day to day operations, the appearance of the site, the optimisation of current catering operations and the development of new opportunities in this field. The successful candidate will have considerable relevant experience, be passionate about delivering the highest standards in customer service and have an aptitude for managing a successful and happy team.
