Experienced Mammal Keeper
Salary £19,247 per annum
There is a full time
vacancy for an experienced mammal keeper at Bristol Zoo Gardens
The successful applicant
will be an experienced mammal keeper and will have at least five years
experience of working with zoo animals. Having some practical knowledge of the
husbandry of small nocturnal mammals will be an advantage.
The successful applicant will be educated to at least GCSE level,
including English and a biological science, and hold the Diploma in the
Management of Zoo and Aquarium Animals - DMZAA (previously known as ANCMZA) or
equivalent. The ability to supervise
staff and having a general knowledge of the conservation and educational roles
of zoos is also desirable.
