About us:
All Things Wild is
an all-weather family attraction; which includes a dinosaur ‘Step through time’
experience, zoo, and play facilities such as an indoor beach. Our 30 acre site,
which is set in the Worcestershire countryside, offers many learning opportunities
such as trail sheets, pond dipping and animal encounter sessions. Since opening
in 2012 the business has grown in popularity, and future developments are being
implemented to reinforce All Things Wild as a destination attraction.
Overview and purpose
of the role:
The role of
‘Presenter and Welcome Host’ is a new and exciting opportunity! As a customer
focused business, we are looking to offer quality talks which give visitors a
rich and memorable experience. Topics will be wide-ranging; from dinosaurs and
fossils, to animals and habitats. The role will also include front of house
work as an All Things Wild ‘Welcome Host’.
Main duties and
personal qualities:
• Delivering
quality talks as part of our daily itinerary
• Representing
All Things Wild through professional, polite and positive conduct
• Answering
phone calls, emails, passing on messages, taking bookings
• Till
work including cashing up
• A
‘can do’ attitude is crucial
• A
willingness to learn and a self-motivated attitude
