Woburn Safari Park
is home to some of the world’s most magnificent and endangered animals. The
park consists of a Foot Safari, Road Safari, Retail, Catering, VIP Experiences
and Woburn Go Ape and is enjoyed by over 500,000 visitors per year looking for
a fun day out. It is also home to The
Safari Lodge, a unique events venue.
We have created a
brand new role of Visitor Experience & Site Support Manager to develop,
lead and manage the delivery of an outstanding visitor journey that will
enhance the reputation of Woburn Safari Park as a leader in its field.
We are looking for a
proactive and outgoing senior manager, who can improve the parks operations and
service levels to ensure that our visitors have the best possible experience.
Using your excellent
organisation and communication skills; you will line manage the admissions team
and be the primary management contact for visitors throughout their time with
us and beyond, responding to queries and supporting team members across departments,
bringing excellent service to the fore.
You will be able to
demonstrate significant experience within in a face to face communications role
that is customer service centric. Proven
people management experience, excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
and the ability to bring visitor comments to a successful resolution are
essential. You may also hold a recognised customer service qualification or a
SIA certificate. You may also have relevant experience obtained from a wider
background.
