We’re looking for someone to take the lead on marketing and communications to raise the Zoo’s profile, position the Zoo in the community as a “must see” destination, and maximise visitor numbers through effective advertising, community and media relations, promotions and a programme of events. You will be a spokesperson for the organisation. The Marketing and Communications Manager is also responsible for building excellent internal and external relationships at the Zoo. You must have at least three years experience of working in marketing or communications (both would be advantageous) but you do not necessarily need management experience. Experience of working in a not-for-profit environment would be a bonus.
