Manx BirdLife - Conservation and Development Officer

Manx BirdLife is looking for someone with a passion for birds who can manage the work of the charity. The postholder will implement the conservation objectives of the charity and manage plans to develop the Point of Ayre nature reserve. The successful applicant will have experience of working for a nature conservation organisation as a manager. They will also have experience of managing projects and working with the public sector and other conservation organisations. They will have demonstrable organisational management skills and a track-record of raising funds and managing funders' requirements. The postholder will report to the Director of the RSPB in Northern Ireland and be supported by the Director of Manx BirdLife. They will work closely with staff from across the RSPB to support the work of Manx BirdLife.
Salary
£21,000 to £23,000 pro rata
