SECTION MANAGER - ANIMAL MANAGEMENT

Reaseheath College is a premier land-based College located in South Cheshire with an enviable reputation for quality and partnerships with industry. The College is set amongst 330 hectares of farms, parklands, lake, woodland and sports facilities, including our own golf course.

Job Location: Nantwich, South Cheshire

Salary: £41,305 - £44,818 per annum

Status: Permanent

Hours: Full Time

An excellent opportunity has arisen at Reaseheath College for a Section Manager in Animal Management to provide dynamic leadership to the Animal Management team and ensure that Reaseheath maintains and enhances its reputation as the leading land based provider in the UK.

Working at senior level the successful applicant will have, among other criteria, a track record of working in partnership with industry, leading productive and successful teams in an educational establishment, a Degree (or equivalent) in an appropriate discipline, experience of budget management and financial reporting, and a proven ability to create and drive through innovative strategy. Passionate about the industry and highly self-motivated, your attitude, approach and enthusiasm will embody your vision for the business.

Our £4 million Animal Management training centre opened in 2010 and offers world class facilities including rooms for reptiles, amphibians and fish, a mammal house, teaching and meeting rooms and an impressive entrance to the college’s zoo. We have 40 specialist staff, over 800 students and more than 1000 animals of around 200 species.
