Supervisor to join our front of house leadership team.

Reporting to the Operations Duty Managers, key responsibilities of this role will include assisting with the supervision of the Guest Services team and ensuring the consistent delivery of customer
service, building presentation and safety standards. This role demands a hands-on work approach that will see you championing front line memorable experiences for our visitors!

To excel in this role your will ideally have experience within a fast paced ticketing, retail, tourism or hospitality environment. It is essential that you have an energetic and flexible work approach
together with a proven ability to problem solve and use initiative. Your talent for delivering outstanding customer service will shine brightly and you will feel confident providing team leadership and support.
