EXPERIENCE RANGER
We have an exciting opportunity for an Experience Ranger to join our growing Learning and Discovery team. The successful candidate must be confident and have a passion for ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience.
Embedded in the Experience Ranger role is delivering outstanding guest
experience. For those guests who are enjoying animal encounters and VIP tours,
their memories will be maximised by a host and animal expert who makes them
feel truly special. The Ranger will also be tasked to expand and grow the VIP
offering, making these experiences available to more guests. Time will also be
spent enhancing the day of visitors on our baboon bus and in the foot safari –
providing great customer service, imaginative engagement and ultimately
supporting their connection to the natural world.
