Operations Manager – Animal Department

Woburn Safari Park, part of the Bedford Estate’s, is a national award
winning day visitor attraction making a significantly increasing
contribution to endangered species conservation. We are now looking to
recruit a new and pivotal position to join a committed team.

Operations Manager – Animal Department

Reporting to the Head of Animal Management and Conservation. This
new role will be within a department that is committed to conservation
and animal welfare as well as ensuring an excellent guest experience.


The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day line
management of up to 6o staff as well as standards of animal care across
the 350 acre site. Previous management experience is essential, ideally
with an in-depth experience of working within an animal facility and
preferably with relevant qualifications although experience will be taken
into account.
