visitors the chance to discover and get close to, a wealth of wildlife in 43
hectares of beautiful wetlands. C180,000 visitors a year come to experience the
wildlife and enjoy a great day out.

You will manage all
of your resources creatively and to maximum effect, developing the business,
with a focus on achieving financial, conservation and visitor engagement
strategies.
As our General
Manager you will be required to develop a multi-talented team of highly
motivated staff and volunteers, attracting a growing number of visitors and
supporters through Membership recruitment and visitor marketing, providing them
with an unforgettable experience on each and every visit.
You must be an
experienced and professional manager, ideally with a good mix of
Business/Conservation and Charity knowledge, who can deliver against ambitious
and challenging targets. Your wealth of experience and proven track record will
ideally have been gained within a visitor attraction and you are now looking
for your next role to be part of something amazing.
