About The Role

 

The Team Leader, Aquarist will be in charge of feeding schedules, food preparation, daily maintenance of in-tank and external facilities, water analysis, and animal observations.

 

The Team Leader, Aquarist will ensure that best animal welfare animal’s welfare practices in accordance with marine educational/research/conservation learning experiences for guests and the local community. You will be responsible for maintaining the aquarium exhibits and cultures in accordance with routine and preventative maintenance programs above and in water. Proper husbandry techniques will be used to ensure the optimal health of animals to include quarantine procedures, water quality analysis and record keeping.
