Exciting keeper opportunities! 

Natureland Seal Sanctuary is on the lookout for two animal keepers to join our fantastic team! Read on for an overview of the positions available!

Reptile keeper wanted! 

We are looking for a keeper to care for the animals in our Reptile House!

This position offers an exciting chance to work up-close with a range of animals, from snakes and lizards to tarantula and scorpions, providing them with a high standard of care, monitoring their environments, and ensuring they are happy and healthy!

Additionally, this role also offers the chance to assist with the husbandry of our resident seals and African penguins, and helping with the rehabilitation of orphaned and injured seal pups, as well as providing educational talks to the public on a cover basis!

Seal keeper wanted! 

Natureland is looking for a new keeper to look after our resident seals and penguins! This is a fantastic opportunity to care for these beautiful species, providing a high level of husbandry, as well as working with the rescued baby seals, getting them ready for releasing back into the wild! This is a great opportunity to interact with our visitors and help to raise awareness for our native seals during feeding times by giving speeches to the public, as well as caring for some amazing animals!

This position also offers the exciting chance to work with our reptiles and insects as a cover role!
