Wildlife Assistant

Wildlife Assistant

Stapeley Grange Wildlife Centre

Are you looking to work on the frontline of an organisation that ends cruelty, promotes kindness and alleviates suffering to animals?

We're recruiting a Wildlife Assistant to join us at our Stapeley Grange Wildlife Centre in Nantwich on a permanent, full time basis.

At Stapeley Grange, we admit animals from south of the Scottish Border to south of Birmingham, into North Wales and across to Lincolnshire. In 2019 we received over 6,000 admissions, including wildlife, exotic and domestic casualties. You'll play a fundamental role in supporting the rescue, rehabilitation and release of a variety of British wildlife including orphaned and injured wild animals, from hedgehogs to seal pups. We care for our patients for as long as it takes to get them fit for return to the wild.

We're looking for a Wildlife Assistant who ideally has experience in handling seals, but this is not essential.
