ANIMAL KEEPER - PART
TIME
PRIVATE FACILITY -
CORNWALL
Working with
Malagasy Carnivores, Exotic Felids, Reptiles and a number of farm animals, in a secluded and
beautiful setting. Not open to the public.
18 X Hours (2 Days)
per week minimum. Further hours during staff holiday periods.
We are looking to
recruit a self motivated and hard working individual who is passionate about captive husbandry
and conservation. Must have good communication skills, excellent personal
organisation skills and an exceptionally high standard of hygiene and
cleanliness.
Must be able to work
alone or as part of a very small team in a personal environment.
Duties to include:
Diet preparation, feeding and maintenance of enclosures, enrichment. Gardening and
maintenance of grounds.
Previous experience
working with small or large Carnivores is essential, and a keen
interest/knowledge of gardening and plants would be beneficial.
