THIS IS A PERMANENT, FULL-TIME POSITION APPLICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION CLOSE AT MIDDAY ON TUESDAY, 21 JANUARY 2020 Job Description Provides direction, leadership and management of the conservation, animal husbandry and administration of the Life Sciences program. Participates as a member of the Corporate Executive. Selection Criteria Applicants should address the following three (3) criteria. These should be addressed in no more than three (3) pages in total. Substantial knowledge, understanding and experience of captive animal management and wildlife conservation (supported by appropriate qualifications in, and experience with, captive animals). Demonstrated leadership skills which builds organisational capacity, agency responsiveness and delivers outcomes. Successful demonstrated experience in management including budgeting, staff and performance management. Note: In accordance with relevant legislation and departmental policy, the successful applicant will be required to possess or obtain a current and satisfactory National Police Check prior to commencement.
